Stayed here many times before and today was pleasant as always, the desk clerk was very professional and vibrant ! Our room is cozy and comfortable. It was cleaned well ! One thing I was concerned about is the pets that are allowed to stay, no problem with that but they need to be all on one floor like the first floor, not multiple floors. Just my suggestion.

The buffet was pretty good, the service was friendly, but really slow. I'm not sure if they were short staffed. We enjoyed our meals The bed was very comfortable, we slept great. The pool was very refreshing. Glas it was not heated, it was very soothing.

Great Staff, older hotel

Staff was excellent! Everyone friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean, but older. Carpet had several stains and bathroom was old. I did see a cockroach one night, but it is summer so I don't think that was uncleanliness.

I would like to thank the shuttle bus driver Richard, hands down one of the best people I’ve met who went out his way to make sure we were dropped off at our location and picked up! Secondly the hotel was very clean and the ladies at the front desk did a great job as well.

Not the best but okay. The room was grungy. The couch was sunk in and broke in the middle, tv remote did not work. Staff was helpful and offered for us to change rooms and replaced the remote. No complementary coffee downstairs or breakfast. They charge 1699 for their breakfast buffet, which is exactly the same as any complementary breakfast at a cheaper motel, power eggs, cheap bacon and sausage, etc. if you like a more fancy, comfortable hotel this is not the stop for the price. This is just and average hotel. Staff was great.

A little disappointed

I arrived around 9pm after work. Checked in went to my room and there were wet towels on the floor. Toilet not flushed, wrappers and more towels throughout. I told front desk, they did offer upgrade but I was to exhausted and luckily the bed was made so I was ok with just staying in that room. Next morning housekeeping just used a key and opened my door! Luckily I had the lock on. Front desk called and asked if they were speaking to me or I’m assuming the guest prior. Come to find out, house keeping never finished cleaning my room. They apologized and the front desk lady said to make up for it she would set me up a log in for their points and give me 10,000 point for my inconvenience. Which I never got. No offer to take money off. A little dissatisfied in that. I know I turned down the room upgrade at first but since the house keeping almost walking into my room I’d assume they would try harder than 10,000 points to make it correct.

The beds are in poor condition. You can feel the springs. Also, a corner of the room smelled of urine. Also, the hallways are lacking AC. On the plus side, great light out curtains and the water pressure was great.

Nice property. Loved the room and cleanliness. Recommend valet because of proximity of valet parking/security. Shuttle service into downtown with drop off and pickup totally FREE is a major plus! Only negative thing I have to say is there are several homeless people that hang around the lobby doors outside making it look sketchy. Would definitely stay again…
