Our stay was good, but the room left a bit to be desired. The sink was right at the entrance - no privacy - with very little counter space. The bathroom was worn with a cracked toilet tank that also had a hole in the front lip. The bathtub tiles were cracked with evidence of mold or dirt in the grout and one rust spot in the tub's ceramic; the underside of the shower curtain rod was rusty.

We had rats in our room multiple times. Sheets were stained and dirty. Pillows had blood on them. Front desk staff was nice but that’s it. Cleaning crew said they’d change our sheets out. Just made the bed with the same stained sheets with the same blood stains on the pillows. It was a muggy feeling inside the hotel the whole time.

It was great until Sunday morning at 9 am when they started doing construction on the floor above us. It’s almost 7 pm and they’re still working up there. It was so loud we had no choice but to leave. Otherwise it was great.

My son's tablet was broken. While we were running out of the building and he is disabled and can only talk through his tablet. They decided to test the fire alarm without notifying all the people in the building. So i'm out eighteen hundred dollars

Overall we enjoyed our stay, however there was 2 main issues. 1. You are forced to purchase their breakfast at check in. No way around it. 2. It was hands down the worst hotel breakfast we have ever experienced. Like- real bad. Inedible bad. And the check in and breakfast employees were less than friendly. Also, for a place that is honoring Maxwell house coffee, you would think they would have coffee available, but nope. Just several empty dispensers with no plans on refilling, and there was still 3 hours of breakfast being available.
