Enjoy a comfortable stay in this charming 54 m² apartment, perfectly situated near the village center and cable cars in Nendaz, Switzerland, at the heart of the 4 Vallées. Ideal for up to 6 guests, it offers a wonderful base for exploring the ski slopes and alpine surroundings. The Pracondu residence features two modern buildings with lifts and a shared sauna area, providing added convenience and relaxation during your stay.
Inside, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and includes a cozy living room with cable TV and a balcony overlooking the beautiful valley. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided). Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with single beds, a bunk bed in the hallway, and two bathrooms — one with a bath and toilet, and the other with a shower and toilet.
Additional amenities include a ski room, laundry facilities (extra charge), and parking (one outdoor spot included, indoor parking available for an extra fee). Pets are welcome. The apartment is just 100 meters from the cable car, with shops, spa, and leisure activities nearby.
