A cosy and idyllic new 4* duplex flat, 75 m2 for 6 people with 2 bedrooms. Sunny summer living room with TV, WiFi and two single sofa beds. Open kitchen fully equipped with Delta coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fondue pot and juicer.

You are in flat 002 of the Chalet des Alpes, a unique place, which enjoys a privileged and sunny location directly on the ski slopes of Prarion in the heart of the 4-Vallées ski area. This typically Alpine-style chalet comprises 4 comfortable flats, including 3 new flats, and a restaurant. In winter, put on your skis right outside the door and at the end of the day, enjoy the peace and quiet of nature with breathtaking views of the Alps in both summer and winter. In summer, you're at the start of a host of beautiful walks and surrounded by the Balavaux larch trees, the largest in Europe.

> The restaurant is closed in the evening, takeaway available on request.

> WINTER - This flat is located on the slopes and is accessible ONLY by gondola from Siviez (no access by car). Arrivals are possible during gondola opening times between 8.45am and 4pm.

If you are a beginner or novice skier, we strongly recommend that you choose Siviez as the starting point for your adventure on the slopes.

> SUMMER - This flat is about a 30-minute drive from Haute-Nendaz. The last few kilometres are on a forest road. Low cars are not recommended for this journey. Parking spaces are available in front of the chalet.
