Chalet "Les Raccards", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Saclentse, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Haute-Nendaz, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: well-kept garden 250 m2 (not fenced). Garden furniture, barbecue. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Basse-Nendaz, Saclentz" 450 m, railway station "Sion" 12.3 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz tracouet 5 km, Siviez 4 Vallées 7.5 km. Please note: car recommended.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony, east facing position. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony, east facing position. Bath/WC. Garden, east facing position and south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley.
