Private: natural state property 600 m2, garden with trees, meadow, parking on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Kressin" 300 m, grass beach 3 km, lake Penzliner See 3 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Sep. WC. Gas heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Naja…

Etwas vernachlässigtes Ferienhaus in schöner Gegend. Das Haus ist leider etwas ungepflegt und die Sauberkeit war eher grenzwertig. Die Ausstattung ist ok, man hat alles was man brauch aber von moderner Ausstattung, wie es das Inserat verspricht, würde ich hier nicht sprechen. Insgesamt ist es ein schönes Haus mit genügend Platz und einem tollen Grundstück welches aber dringend etwas Pflege brauch. Da es kein WLAN gibt, sollte man wissen dass es dort auch nahezu kein mobiles Netz gibt. Wer also absolute Ruhe sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben Die Gegend ist super, sehr ländlich, mega ruhig, perfekt für lange Spaziergänge und mit Hund

Ferienhaus in Kressin

Man hat viel Ruhe und Entspannung im und am Objekt, wenn man etwas erleben oder sehen möchte muss man 15-20km fahren nach Lübz und Goldberg und Umgebung. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön anzusehen, die Sauberkeit im Objekt ist ausbaufähig, das Grundstück ist nicht beleuchtet durch die Obstbäume die am Objekt gelegen sind ist mit einer starken Verschmutzung zurechnen da überall Pflaumen rumliegen was sehr stark Insekten anzieht und man trägt den ganzen Pflaumen Matsch ins Haus.
