The dresser drawers are broken and continually slide out-dangerous.The bathroom sink is clogged and it’s disgusting every time you use the bathroom sink. One pillow was all clumpy and very uncomfortable. The decor was nice, room clean and quiet. We felt breakfast should have been included for what we paid.

We stayed at this hotel because we were leaving our daughter for a summer program in Yale U. It was much better than what we expected and about a 15-minute drive to Yale. Service was very good and the hotel's dining service was very good as well.

I had a reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn Milford several days prior to my stay, and I'm a Hilton Honors member. When I arrived around 10PM, I was told there was no room for me because the hotel was oversold. They booked a room for me down the road but did not inform me until I carried all my luggage into the lobby to check in even though they had already decided to cancel my room. I did not receive any Hilton points for my stay at the other hotel despite being told I would.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Milford. Our room was extremely clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and most importantly, the hotel was accepting of our pit bull! We had a wonderful mini vacation in Milford!

False information on their website: there was no room service. Food at restaurant was not great. Front desk personnel were confused by a very simple request and over charged us by almost $400. Not sure we would have gotten our money back without complaining the next day.
