So my husband and I visited this hotel a few months back. And we were quite impressed with the staff number one. The ladies at the front desk were so accommodating and kind and compassionate. I was disappointed that the bar was not open at the time, but it didn’t really take away from the excellence of service. So I sent my husband and daughter back there again as they were going to a concert in the area. And I must say they were so well taken care of. We will always stay at this hotel when we go to New Orleans. You have our business. And our recommendations.

Backed up pluming on several different days and even once we changed rooms, the new room had the same issue so I’m gonna assume it’s the hotel that has the plumbing issue and not a room by room case. Did not want to pack up and move to a third room or a new hotel so we just endured it for the last two days but it did also have an odor.

As per usual, Marriott delivers. The room was clean, soap shampoo, conditioner supplied. Didn’t need car parking but it’s available for a fee. All staff were pleasant. Rooms clean, daily breakfast available for a charge. It’s was 3 day getaway so we didn’t try the live jazz at the joining hotel because we had other plans. Go to Deanies, food was good. The other crab boil was just aiight. Have a good time eating and whatever!
