Prime location. If you visiting New Orleans you need to stay in Bourbon street. Everything is walkable and safe. Lots of dining options and bars in Bourbon and around. The hotel and valet parking and professionally managed. The staffs are all nice. They have a breakfast restaurant place inside. Only issue they only give 1 water bottle per day hence carry water with you. If your room near Bourbon street then it can be noisy at night due a Latino club.

Excellent location

Excellent location, parking was extra per day, our room was tiny, more than two people would be uncomfortable due to the footprint of the room. Price for location was perfect. Valet was fast, car was waiting for us by the time we reached the pickup area.

Hotel is VERY dated. The only redeeming quality is its location on Bourbon in the FQ. Woke up one morning to a GIANT ROACH in our bathroom. No services or proper hotel bar.

This was our first time in NO and the hotel was right on bourbon street. We made the mistake of booking the balcony side room. So loud all night long. However, the next day we asked the front desk to move us to a quieter room and they did so without any issues. The room was much quieter. The location was convenient for walking to places. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The burger in the dining room was delicious! Probably had 3 of them during our stay. Overall we were happy with our accommodations.

This hotel is located in the heart of the French Quarter on Bourbon Street. It is in one of the best locations to be part of the New Orleans night life. You can also walk to Canal street where there is an assortment of dining options that you can choose from. The food at the hotel was excellent!The front desk staff and the bartenders were very helpful and professional. The waitress in the hotel cafe was not professional; walking past you for 15 minutes before coming to take your order. But, we didn't let this spoil our trip. We had a wonderful time and will look to come back and stay at Four Points!
