The location is great. Easily accessible to a plethora of restaurants and hot spots. The amenities are nice. The breakfast was decent. The place was super clean. The parking was a little annoying. But if you don't bring a vehicle, everything is cool.

The hotel was convenient and walkable to restaurants. The rooms were spacious, howver our room had a urine smell like a pet had been in there. They need to deep clean the rooms and the carpets. They were also short staffed and we never got our room cleaned.

Nice property in a good location just outside the craziness of the French Quarter. Free daily warm breakfast that is fair. Parking is valet only and they charge $50 a night. They park your car off site and outdoors. That said, the valets are awesome, especially Steven! He dropped us off a the Titanic Experience a couple blocks away when it was pouring rain before he parked our car! The front desk people and cleaning staff were all great as well. They have an indoor pool as well. Our room was good, it had a balcony which was nice, but no chairs. A full kitchen which was clean. The beds were comfy.

The room was really nice! It was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and professional. I have no negatives with this property. It was a good location for a Smoothie King concert. I definitely recommend this property.

I didn't feel there was anything great about the hotel. The staff I felt was not friendly. I stopped at the front desk twice and both times, I had the feeling like I was inconveniencing the clerk. I asked if I could request a late check out and I got a long stare followed by a " call in the morning". I then said what time should I call? early!!! The dates on your site are wrong. I arrived on Wed, June 04 and departed on Sat, June 07 In our room we had an empty bottle of shower gel. I asked the housekeeper if we can have it re-filled. The housekeeper did not speak English, and it was very hard to communicate with her. I had to walk her to the bathroom and demonstrate that the bottle was empty. The side doors of the hotel were always locked and could not be opened by our key, even after hours. Exact same breakfest during the entire stay at the hotel.
