Located in the Marigny, just one block from the French Quarter & two short blocks from the Mississippi River. You can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the river, explore the historic French Market or hop on a streetcar to Canal Street to visit Harrah's Casino, Canal Place & Riverwalk Malls, Aquarium, & numerous dining options.

The Marigny is known for its live event venues, parading in the streets, performers, restaurants, bars, & live music. Being on Frenchmen street, this newly updated apartment is in the heart of it all.

The Space:
A modern 2nd floor apartment with a wrap around balcony featuring an open concept Kitchen/Living Room design with a high ceiling & large windows, located on the corner of Decatur & Frenchmen Street. The 3bed/2ba condo offers a master suite with a Queen Bed & walk-in shower, two additional Queen Bedrooms overlooking Frenchmen street & a hall bathroom with walk-in shower. A Roku Smart TV is in each bedroom & the living room. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and dinnerware in case you prefer dining in. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bar & laundry room with a new front loading washer & dryer. Parking can be purchased within a fenced lot around the corner. Rates are about $20/day.

The building is three stories & composed of 5 rental units: 2 Studios, 2 one-bedrooms & a three-bedroom unit. A tattoo shop is on the first floor.

Quieter spots include Washington Square where the lawns are shaded by old oak trees. The Marigny Opera House offers an eclectic program.
