The property was clean, staff was friendly, daily room service with beds made and fresh towels. Check in was easy and quick. We were able to walk to Dunkin, Starbucks & McDonalds which was nice. You are walking down a main drag but it had a side walk and crosswalks with lights. It is not a glamorous hotel but perfect for a quick trip!

A Hidden Gem with Amazing Staff! We had a fantastic stay at this charming Comfort Inn and Suites in New Port Richey, Floridal! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile by the young lady at the front desk—super friendly, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. It’s rare to meet someone who truly makes you feel welcome, and she nailed it! In the morning, John was holding it down in the breakfast area like a pro. The food was fresh and the space was spotless, but it was John's kind attitude and attention to detail that really stood out. He made sure everyone had what they needed and was clearly dedicated to great service. Shorty, at the front desk, was kind and engaging when we checked out. Such a pleasure! Clean rooms, comfy beds, and a team that treats you like family—what more could you want? We will definitely be back!

I was on the 5th floor. Walked into room and the beds were leaning like floor was not level. Tiles were uneven and shims were put in corners. They even had to level toilet with shims. Crazy for a building only about a year old. Really poor workmanship. Took literally 20 of running water through tub to get hot enough water to shower. Complained and was told to not shower between 9:30 and 4 pm because the washers use all the hot water for bedding. Lastly they do not take any cash and require cc for $100 incidental deposit.

This is a newer Comfort Inn and the room was well laid out with plenty of room for luggage. Additionally :black out blinds, a night light in the bathroom, microwave and small fridge meant that it was well equipped. The beds were comfy and the shower/bath worked well, although it could have been hotter! Breakfast was sausages, French toast, scrambled eggs and make your own waffles. Also there were pastries, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, toast, yoghurt and fruit. The breakfast area is larger and not cramped and the foyer area was comfortable so that we saw people enjoying themselves reading, working, playing cards and chatting. The gym looked ok and the pool although small was clean.

Clean!BUT

The room was clean, with no odors, but the mattress was past its prime, the edge was somewhat broken down giving a feeling of being shifted to the edge! Since there were no walk-in showers We were given the 1 handicap accessible in entire Hotel! The shower had zero hangers for Robes, towels, anything?? Overall it seemed the Hotel invested the minimum in this room! Don’t appreciate Choices method of payment hold and their procedure of working with Hotel apps for booking rooms!!! In short didn’t like much about this Hotel!
