Upea 4 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpy kotiin uima-allas! Erinomainen suurille perheille tai ryhmille! Kaunis kivetty uima-altaan reunalla runsaasti tilaa nauttia Floridan auringosta! Nauti virkistävästä 28 'pitkä uima-allas 6' X 18 'aurinkohyllyllä rannalla vietetyn päivän jälkeen. Kun vedät pyöreää ajotietä, löydät pysäköinnin 5-6 autolle. Tämä kaunis koti on kokonaan uusittu ja päivitetty.

Pohjakerroksessa on laatta koko alueella. Olohuoneessa on taulutelevisio ja mukava sohva rentoutumiseen. Kaksi vierashuonetta alakerrassa ovat molemmissa queen-size-vuoteet. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on taulutelevisio. Vieraskylpyhuoneessa on suuri suihkukaappi ja turhamaisuus, jossa on 2 pesuallasta. Pesutupa on täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja. Pääset yhden auton autotalliin tältä tasolta ja autotallista pääset uima-altaalle takapihalla sijaitsevaan valtavaan aidattuun.

Siirry portaat toiselle tasolle, josta löydät tärkeimmät oleskelu- ja ruokailutilat sekä keittiön. On suuri, avoin alue, joka avautuu yläkerrokselle, josta on näkymä uima-altaalle, ja siihen mahtuu 4 henkeä. Siellä on suuri taulutelevisio ja paljon tilaa viihdyttäväksi tai vain rentoutumiseksi. Ruokailutilassa on 6 paikkaa ja lisäpaikkoja neljälle saarella keittiössä. Keittiössä on graniittitasot ja kaikki laitteet ovat ruostumatonta terästä. Vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja vieraskylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme / suihku. Makuuhuoneessa on erittäin tilava parivuode ja taulutelevisio. Siellä on myös vuodesohva ja kävelykaappi. Master kylpy on kävellä suihkussa.

Allasalue on täydellinen pitkän päivän jälkeen rannalla! Altaalla on suuri katettu kansi varjossa etsijöille ja myös runsaasti tilaa aurinkoa varten. Nauti uima-altaan ympäröimistä mukavista lepotuoleista, kun nautit aikaa perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Siellä on jopa rengasheitto viihdettä varten. Pääsy rannalle on Watts St. Siellä on suuri kokoelma ranta- / uima-leluja.

Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta majoituspaikan yleiskunnosta. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta New Smyrna Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

Fantastic home

Home is fully stocked with everything you need for pool and beach. Stocked kitchen. Very quiet area. Not a fan of the sleep number beds. Master bedroom was warm all the time. Not alot of seating in living area for number of people in home.

Fabulous house, pool & location

We loved the house, pool & location. The beds in all rooms was wonderful. A very nice & quiet neighborhood. The beach access is only a short walk. Having a laundry room was fantastic. The only thing that needs changes is maybe adding another outside garbage can welike to cook & fixed all the meals daily so one can gets full real quick. Other than that everything was perfect

Covid Vacation

We loved this property! The house provides lots of room, which was important to us, as due to Covid, we didn’t venture out much. The salt water pool provides a great atmosphere. We did not spend much time at the beach, because the pool is so nice. I cooked every meal in the wonderful, spacious kitchen. We would rent this property again !

Wonderful home!

We LOVED the house. Short walk to the beach and fantastic pool. Spacious and modern kitchen with assortment of kitchen tools also made cooking at home easy. We will rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Excellent Family Vacation

This place was great. It was close to many things. Although it rained for the first 4 days of the trip, the house came with games and TV's enough for everyone to enjoy. The house was very clean and comfortable, and was great for our entire family.

The house was not only beautiful but wonderfully accommodating. We did have a hard time figuring out the sleep number beds, but once we found our numbers we all slept great! The pool was our favorite part of the house.

Perfect Family House

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property. The location is AMAZING. It is a short 5 minute walk to a secluded, almost private feeling beach all while being a 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. The house is kept incredibly clean with a large supply of towels and sheets. With seven adults and a child it never felt crowded and the outdoor space, including the pool, made it feel even bigger. My parents arrived before us and with a simple phone call it was no hassle at all to have them be the ones to check in. There are great amenities at the house, including all the beach toys you'll need, plentiful dishes and family board games. So happy with our stay! Thank you for creating such a wonderful place to make family memories.

Excellent stay - close walk to beach!

We had a great week here and were pleasantly surprised that is was even better than we were expecting. It was a very close walk to the beach, which was a beautiful, non-driveable area of New Smyrna. We took long walks and runs both directions every morning and couldn't have been happier. The pool was excellent for children with the large "wading area" where our toddler could play. There were lots of beach and pool toys in the garage for our use, which we didn't realize until after I made a run to the store for toys the first night! So now there's even more. :) We read all the details and made sure to stock up on toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent since only a little is provided, and paper plates and napkins out of convenience. I will say that we went through paper towels, but there was plenty of dish and laundry detergent from previous guests. However, that could change week to week so maybe check when you get there before you load up. (We placed a grocery store order ahead of time and did a pickup on the way into town, so although it was convenient and saved time, we didn't get a chance to see what was already at the house versus what was needed.) The house was clean, spacious and very cute and comfortable. There were some large bugs, but we are in FL and knew to expect that. The ones we saw in the house were usually dead by the time we found them, so no big deal. The large outside deck was really nice and the grill worked well the night we used it. This was a great location that was close enough to lots of restaurants and things to do (drive-able), but far enough away to feel like you are in a small beach town and away from the touristy hustle and bustle of downtown NSB. We had 5 adults and 2 young children and had more than enough space. The indoor/outdoor living both up and down stairs added a lot to the house. We had to pick up and drop off the keys from the rental agency, which was just a couple minutes away on your way to the house. Super convenient and they were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have any issues while were there, but if we had, we would not have hesitated to contact them. Overall, wonderful time and excellent home. Thank you!!

Great Beach House

This house was perfect for our family. The beds were great (all sleep number). The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was a bit cold and we would of paid extra to have a heated pool. The beach was so close only a five minute walk. One of the best places we have rented.

House is beautiful

Really loved the house. Would have been nice if a few other items would have been available since items were required. For instance, there were no dishwasher tabs to run the dishwasher. It was asked that the first load of laundry was started, and, again, no laundry supplies were there. I think for the money, a few additional items like these would bed a nice touch. House itself, was wonderful!

Great House!

We had an amazing time. The house is very nice and comfortable. Location is great. <5 minute walk to the beach which is very private and beautiful. Pool is perfect. No complaints. We had a blast and the house couldn't have been better!

This home was truly the most well stocked vacation home I have rented. Sleep number beds, blocks from the beach. Nice area with a lot of things to do nearby. Best filteration system on a pool. I got up each morning and rarely even needed to clean. Easy check in and out process, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended
