Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family vacay

We enjoyed a nice family vacation here. The listing looked exactly like the posting and pictures. When we got to the condo, we didn’t know where to park there is a designated parking spot, but that wasn’t communicated to us. Once we’re got inside, we got the parking number and had to move our vehicle. We had 5 adults but only one parking spot (with 2 vehicles) when we checked in, we were sent a text about the cleanliness. I rated it a 5. However, after walking around and cleaning up some water that spilled, I realized the floors were very dirty. Our socks and feet were black and the paper towel was as well. I would suggest the property manager include napkins and paper plates. We had to keep running the dishwasher (that didn’t clean the dishes). We were given one garbage bag for a 2 night stay. With 5 people and cooking often, we ended up buying more garbage bags. Finally, the pots and pans that we used were not fully clean. Understandable after seeing how the dishwasher worked. Other than those minor issues, we loved staying here. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

Winter Getaway

We stayed at this condo 2 years in a row and already booked for 2026. We enjoy this very comfortable condo, the kitchen is stocked well if your planing on cooking ( pots, pans, dishes etc.) The condo was very clean upon our arrival, the grounds are very clean too. The management company was very responsive to some minor issue we had. Our questions were answered and they were helpful.

Condo was clean with a nice view of the ocean. Parking spot close to elevator for easy unloading and loading. Would be nice to have more bath towels and make the code to get in shorter. Besides that, it is a perfect little getaway spot on the water.

Perfect!!

We’ve stayed at Sea Coast before but this was the first time in this unit. It was perfect! The unit is clean, updated, and fully stocked. Everything is as pictured - better actually. Check in and out was easy, and communication with the owner was efficient. Will definitely be back!

No one returned calls regarding non functioning AC and text message advising not using the beach acc

We had no AC for a day and night. We were told that someone would get back with us about this and whether we could get a partial refund, and no one ever did. Additionally we had gotten a text saying we would be fined if we accessed the beach from the property, some e was supposed to let us know if this was a fact. No one responded.

Great condo!

We enjoyed the condo, pool and beach very much. We did have a problem with the keypad lock. It took at least five tries to unlock, if it worked at all. It was “fixed” on our third day. Still had problems. We used the key from the lockbox. The only other issue was a filter in the Keurig coffee maker that had black mold. There were no replacement filters.

Fell in Love

My sisters and I were looking for a quiet, relaxing get away to just visit for a few days, and we did! This place was clean, beautiful, a pleasant surprise. Shops, cafes, and restaurants in abundance and so close. We definitely are thinking of doing it again. Pool, view of the ocean, we truly enjoyed ourselves.
