Relax to the sound of waves and the sea breeze blowing through your hair when you make Surfside 107 your NSB retreat. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has an easily accessible ground-floor location near the complex pool and beach access. Whether you're enjoying the ocean view from the patio or catching up with family inside, you'll find the R&R you seek in this getaway for six.

The condo greets guests with a cheery, beachy interior. Light walls and tile flooring contrast perfectly with the tasteful blue accents throughout. Before you set up your beach chair on the sand, begin your vacation with a tour of the condo.

Venture into the kitchen to put away your groceries. This space has brown wood cabinetry, white appliances, and all the essentials you need. You'll find cookware, dinnerware, a drip coffee maker, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, and more provided. When you're ready to eat, you can either sit at the breakfast bar for three or dining table for four.

When you're not exploring Flagler Avenue or reading by the pool, you'll love kicking back in the living area. This room is well furnished with a pull-out couch, two recliners, and two armchairs. You can catch your favorite shows on the 32" TV that's equipped with cable.

The early risers in your group will love sipping coffee on the patio to the ocean sunrise each morning. Along with an ocean view, the patio is steps from the complex pool and non-driving beach. The patio is the perfect spot for towels and snacks as you go back and forth from the pool to the beach.

At the end of each fun-filled day, you'll be ready to retire in the primary bedroom. This room holds a king bed, 32" TV, workspace with a printer, and private balcony access. The nearby bathroom has a walk-in shower with a grab bar.

Two others can sleep in the second bedroom which holds two twin beds and a TV. The guest bathroom has a standard bathtub and plenty of bath linens.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. Guests are provided with WiFi, cable, a printer, beach chairs and toys, and easy beach access.

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

We happily rent to guests 25 years and older.

About the Surfside Complex

Surfside is located in New Smyrna on the non-driving portion of the beach. It was built in 1969 and has 57 individual units. Surfside puts you just steps to a beachfront pool and the beach. This condominium is located on a more private, quiet part of New Smyrna Beach. There is plenty of open parking available for guests and laundry facilities located on the premises. Only minutes away from great restaurants and unique shops.

The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something here for everyone!
