A rare place to stretch out in New York City! 1500 sq ft. lovely Duplex apartment with a private garden with a patio and private entrance on a quiet block. Great transportation into Manhattan by Bus, Subway and FERRY! The neighborhood is known for its brownstones, mansions, and proximity to Manhattan via the A, C, and G subway lines. Citibikes on the next block over.

Walking distance to Underwood Park, Fort Greene Park, Pratt University, Barclays Center, the Brooklyn Academy of Music and the Brooklyn Navy Yard with a NY Ferry stop just a short walk away. There are Restaurants Galore right around at the corner. Supermarkets and convenience store right on the corner and within a block or two. It's a Great Neighborhood! Very Family Friendly.

The Kitchen has a new dishwasher, Microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, Blender, New Fridge, and wine cooler, with a Dining area, The Living room has a flat screen TV with internet and a Roku box loaded with streaming services. The Laundry area has washer/dryer, ironing board and Iron on the 2nd floor near the bedrooms.

The Master bedroom has a Queen bed with wireless adjustable bed frame and massage. The second bedroom has an extra long twin and a Double bed. Both have very tall windows and blackout curtains with shades. The apartment is lovely and quiet at night and the Master bedroom facing the garden feels like you are in the woods.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put keys back in the lock box and spin the dials to lock. I will give you our Building Manager's phone number and mine for any issues before you check in.
Please walk the dogs in the street and clean up after them in the backyard. We would appreciate your keeping pets off the furniture.
Please remove your shoes and wipe the dogs feet after coming in. We love the city but know it is dirty!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
