Please don't book with this hotel or any other comfort inn. They have the worst customer service. I would have given them 0 stars if possible.
I booked a room for one night at Comfort Inn, JFK for my parents. However, it was the worst mistake. My parents went to sleep without dinner because the receptionist was rude and refused to help.
My parents were provided a menu card from a nearby restaurant to order food but the phone lines were not going through. When they requested the receptionist to help, he refused and asked them to keep trying.
They were unable to pay with their international credit cards (which have worked in every country except the US) on food delivery apps. But the cold receptionist refused to help and asked them to keep trying to call a number that was not going through.
He did not offer to call the restaurant or help in any way.
I could not help my parents because I was in a flight and couldn't take their calls. But when I heard about how they went without dinner, I was very upset.
The next day, I called the hotel, but the receptionist (a different lady this time) hung up on me.
If you work in customer service, you have to care about your customers. Try to help them at least. Everyone in this hotel is rude and obnoxious.
We have traveled the world but have never faced such terrible customer service. Needless to say, I am never booking with Comfort Inn ever again.
I urge Expedia to remove Comfort Inn from their hotel listings.
