My worst experience ever. The réceptionnist was the meannest person ever and refused to keep our bags in the store @ the checkout. We only wanted storage for 5 hours and I was with kids. I offer to pay for day use and she said that they were full. She did not want to make the slightest effort to help. I will not come back here and don’t advise anyone to do so. I was able to get a day use from the Garden inn who was full but when i explained my predicament they were willing and able to find a solution for me. I will definitely go there next time. Stay away from this plece

Sandy was the most helpful host ever, and is a credit to the business. She prepared us a breakfast bag as we were leaving early and called us a taxi. She made the end of our holiday as smooth as possible. The world needs more Sandys!

Airport shuttle pickup on the way in was very slow. Our morning shuttle driver was great; very helpful. Rain shower head was a nice surprise. Bed was comfortable with nice linens. The overall area was not great .... There was a mound/hill covered with black plastic across the street from the entrance that detracted from the otherwise okay approach to our lodging for the evening. Lobby was not very inviting.
