Good place to stay near JFK. Shuttle service from airport a bit slow, but to the airport in the morning was very fast. You will need Uber eats or order in no real good restaurants close. No frills but nice

Stolen baby clothes

My stay was not a good experience. I bought three outfits and a pack of socks for my grandson's birthday we asked for our room to be cleaned on Friday on Saturday morning I discovered that the clothes were missing. I reported it to the supervisor right away and he said that he was going to look into it. On Monday morning I asked for the manager and spoke to him he said no one told him anything about it. It seems that they were not concerned about it at all. Which makes me sad because I don’t feel safe to let anyone in my room. Still waiting to hear back from him.

Had a long layover and decided to stay here to rest. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. They offer a free shuttle service to the airport that arrives and leaves on time.

The lobby smelled awful; like sewage back-up. The staff werent helpful at all. One staff member who stood behind the desk indicated that she was on a break when asked a question by a customer.

The property was convenient. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke when entering the room, but that went away when the air conditioner was turned on. The staff I interacted with were pleasant. The late front desk worker was very rude . There work was a late check in and there was kids running in hall keeping me up they were yelling loud there was a baby also screaming badly for hours I got Bo sleep paid 400$ to be kept up in middle night all night

The stay was fine (just one night) but unfortunately my boyfriend came down with food poisoning. We believe it may have been the sausage from the continental breakfast? It was the only thing he ate that I didn't.
