We did not eat breakfast or dinner, but the food and dining area looked wonderful. The beds are small, but with small children it works. The location is great and staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The room has very little space inside with 3 small draws and 5 coat hangers. There is a wall with stretching ropes and an exercise mate that is a total waste of space. What it needs is a place to unpack a case for 5 days and then stow the case away under the bed. It also has 2 large stools that take up a large amount of space and serve no purpose at all (we asked if they could be removed but was told no). To top it off, the aircon doesn’t work very well and when you open the window to cool the place down, all you can hear is the cars honking their horns Wouldn’t stay again

The location of this hotel is so accessible. It is just a few steps from the A, C, and E train, which take you to JFK very easily and only a block away from the Garden, with more access to the rest of the city. The facility is very clean and wellness focused. It is as quiet as it can be in NYC.
