I am truly in love with this hotel. I have stayed at Faena Miami before, but Faena New York completely stole my heart. From the very first moment, the experience is flawless. The attention, kindness, and seamless coordination of the reception team as they open the doors set the tone immediately. And the scent unforgettable. Almost mystical, impossible to fully put into words. There is a certain magic at Faena New York. Something intense and distinctive, felt rather than explained. I have been staying in New York for over ten years and have experienced most of its iconic hotels, and I can say with confidence that there is nothing quite like this in terms of service, hospitality, and genuine warmth. There is an undeniable, irresistible seduction to the place an enveloping energy, almost intoxicating. In Brazil, we call it borogodó. Simply captivating. I would also like to highlight the gentlemen dressed in white at the entrance they are absolutely wonderful and truly charming. Their presence elevates the arrival experience, and their attire is simply exquisite.
