I booked this for a client and immediately after booking my client said he no longer needed the room. I immediately called Expedia, who called the hotel, and they refused to cancel the booking. When I asked if we could change it to the following evening, the woman I spoke with hung up on me.

The pillows were dirty had no pillow case when I checked in. There were cigarettes holes in the comforter, requested for it to be change and the house keeper only change the sheets. The staff was on the overnight shift and had a nasty attitude towards us when we tried to explain the situation. When I checked out she didn’t gave me an invoice or receipt for checking out. The passage was loud music coming from other room. Worst experience ever. Will never recommend or go back to that place.

Iffy but clean

Throughout our stay an alarm in one room went off the entire first night keeping us up. The third night someone kept pulling thw fire alarm due to a dispute with the hotel. Walls are very thin. Tv doesnt work well. Accessible bathroom was nice, but the button for ground floor elevator does not work. Works can be fairly short and unwelcoming at times.

Room was very clean, building was quiet and the bus is literally the metro north and ither public transportation is walking distance. I would definitely stay again

The metro north track are next to the building, as they are not loud but do make noise. The hotel is new and the rooms are clean. The mattress are very hard. The staff is very helpful. Do shop online for the best rate as the front desk rate are much higher.
