This review is really for their sister property Motto, right next door. They were overbooked and moved us to Motto and we were pleasantly surprised with how happy we were. I would probably book directly at Motto next time. Great location!

The elevator was annoying to use as you need to swipe your card and select your room from a terminal. Once we had done so and walked to the designated elevator it had already gone up without anyone in it.

Too Crowded, but Excellent Location for Theaters

The location of this hotel is ideal if you're wanting to be next to Times Square. We were able to walk to all theaters, and we appreciated the mile walk to Central Park. However, this hotel is incredibly crowded. It was impossible to find a seat for breakfast, even at 7 AM. We waited 30 minutes for an elevator up to the 28th floor. Somehow, all staff managed to be kind and serene through the chaos. Kudos to them!

Ty at the front desk was amazing he got us in our room before check in and the room was and appeared to be exactly what I booked on line with a nice view of Times Square will definitely return to the property

This property in the heart of Times Square was clean and the rooms were small, but comfortable. The reason we will not be rebooking this property is simply the unbelievable time it took to get an elevator in the morning. There were five or six elevators for hotel guests that had no floor controls inside them. You had to push the floor you wanted outside the elevator and then it was pre-programmed to go to your floor. In the morning, the elevators were so busy that we could wait well over 20 minutes just to get on one to go down to the lobby. One day I left my room, saw there were 5 or 6 people waiting and went back in my room. When I emerged 15 minutes later the same people were still waiting! Each time the elevator would open at our floor, it was so full of people that there was no way to get on. It was too full (think sardines). Then when there was an open spot to get on, the elevator would stop at a good number of the floors on the way down where disappointed people would be waiting and could not get on. It was terrible the way these elevators worked and if you're on the 25th or 35th floor, walking down was usually not a viable option. I have no idea why the elevators took so long, and why with 5 or 6 of them for hotel guests it could take 20 minutes or more just to get on one. This log jam was mostly in the mornings, but also some evenings. It was so frustrating that we will not be staying at this hotel again.

Super location, super staff!

The stafff gets an A+. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable .easy access to restaurants, theaters, and public transportation. The room was a bit small but otherwise clean snd comfortable. The one problem we encountered was the elevators. It took us one full hour to get from our floor to the lobby and during that hour, we arrived too late for breakfast. The hotel more than made it up to us . Each time however we waited for an elevator, the time it tooo to arrive was unacceptable. On our 2nd morning, we arose early so that we could best the crowd. That worked and we had almost no wait. We made it to breakfast which was quite adequate. With the exception of they one glitch, we would stay here again.!!

The elevator system is not the best. There were times were we were waiting for 20 minutes before the elevator came sometimes causing us to take the stairs. Also the property didn't have a business center. With it being in the heart of Times Square a business center would be valuable to is patrons.
