The stay was great. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The room is really small (roughly 10x10 feet) and best used for sleeping and showers only. If you want/plan to spend time in the room, this is probably not the best fit. It was really convenient to Times Square, Madison Square Garden and Central Park. I highly recommend this hotel for those planning to use the room for sleeping.

Hotel is very convenient to everything. Very clean and staff were great. Cons: sink was stopped up, pillow cases felt like paper, beds were hard, no wash cloths, had to use hand towels and shower door would not stay closed.

Small rooms and morning elevator wait time

Booked a room with a King bed. This was the smallest hotel room I have ever encountered. There is no closet, and the only place (other than the bed) is to put your open luggage on the floor. Although I received an email prior to checking in warning of the breakfast crowds and morning elevator wait times, it is a definite issue when trying to check out in the morning and are unable to go down the elevator with your luggage because elevators are full. Staff is friendly and responsive. Rooms are very clean. Rooms have a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave which is also a plus.

Rooms are small but clean. Housekeeping only provided every other day but they were great about refilling things for us or changing towels when we asked. Breakfast was substantial and we appreciated that there were different choices day to day. The biggest complaint was the elevator system; we found ourselves more than once in an elevator where the doors would close and our floor would disappear from the lineup so we found ourselves above our floor trying to get an elevator to get to the proper floor.

This hotel was great. It placed in an amazing location! Look at the window and your staring at time square. The elevators were a disaster its was always so busy and you would sometimes wait 10-20 mins for an elevator or it stops on every single floor on the way down. That was annoying but still a good stay

Love it!

Great location! Much better than the conference hotel: free breakfast, wi-fi, microwave, coffeemaker, and fridge included. Rooms are small but perfect for a business traveler. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful.
