Great location, good breakfast, good value

We stayed for two nights at the Hampton Inn. We appreciated being able to check our luggage on either side of the stay and enjoy more of the city without our luggage. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The full breakfast was a great way to start the day. The dining area was busy, but we were told in advance that it would be at the time we chose to frequent it. The rooftop bar was nice - sadly, it was raining the night we were there, so we did not get to sit outside. The only thing that was a bit challenging was the elevators. Going up was fine, but coming down was not. We were on the 16th floor and took the stairs down several times because every elevator that stopped at our floor was full. If you have to use the elevator, be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes for one during busier times. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. The location was perfect, the breakfast was great, and the price was right.

The front desk employees were very helpful with any questions or problems. Always had a car available when we needed one to go somewhere. Since I was our first time in New York, the front desk was helpful where to go for dinner and drinks. If we are ever in New York again, we will definitely stay at the Hampton again.

Very small room. Desk chair oversized and didnt fit under desk. B/c of the very small size of room we had to maneuver over the bed to get around the chair. Clean room. Average breakfast selections. Nice to havecoffee avaliable throughout the day. Good location

The staff was wonderful, but the room was a lot smaller than i thought it would be and the towels were extremely thin and rough... like drying yourself off with sandpaper. I expected better quality for the price.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. The rooms were incredibly small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The breakfast area was always crowded, which made it hard to find a seat and enjoy a meal in peace. Additionally, there was no parking available, which was a major inconvenience. Overall, I felt that the hotel did not offer good value for the price. I would not recommend staying here.
