The staff is excellent and the facility and rooms are unique and beautiful. Two suggestions for the staff. My room had access to a patio via lateral blinds and sliding door. I’m 5’2” and the wand to open the blinds in order to raise them was way out of my reach. The blinds also could not be raised d huh enough to exit standing. I would also suggest checking the appliances provided. The hot water heater for tea prep wasn’t working. I have stayed here many times and highly recommend it.

I always stay on the 4th floor in a room with a balcony. Great room, kitchenette, comfortable bed, little living room separate from sleeping area. The room attendants did a super job. Great neighborhood, nearby pretty park, delicious and cheap Polish bakery. Walking distance to most of Greenpoint and Williamsburg. Hard to beat for room and location.

Awesome little hotel in Brooklyn. There was a little bit of noise from my neighbor at night, but when compared to the rest of New York it’s a great quiet hotel.

Nice hotel in Brooklyn

Most everything about the hotel was great--except the sauna. The sauna was poorly designed with a cheap, under-powered heater that was not able to heat the sauna properly.
