Room was not ready until after 5. Bathroom was dirty, only 1 elevator worked causing a line everytime. Held funds on cc for 6 days and counting still waiiting on that to be removed. +. Still waiting for acredit they said they would provide. The restaurant staff was very nice and super friendly.

The room was fine small but to be expected. The staff was very friendly. Especially the housekeepers - they went above and beyond with our tiny room and all our luggage. Now the bad - There is absolutely NO lobby…. Only two elevators and had to wait several minutes each way. The lobby was so small people waiting for the elevators would stand outside…. There is a big column in the middle with about 4 seats and that’s it. Nowhere to sit or hang out when waiting or just to get out of the room for a minute. They had more vending machines when you walk in then seats…. They need to have a bigger LOBBY for the hotel guests…
