My only complaint is that we had a strong ordour of Marijuana in the hallway that seeped in our room that is why i am rating it 3 stars overall. Unfortunately, their are people who decided to not follow rules. Besides this hotel and room was clean and beds were comfortable.

I travel a lot, almost every other weekend I am flying from Chicago to NY. I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and the gentleman who checked me in was very nice and professional however when I called in the morning just to let the front desk know that I may need extra 30 minutes only for check out .. so instead of 11 am it may be 11.30 … and the lady right away without any hesitation said ,” there’s extra charge for late checkout”. Extra charge for 30 min so if we leave at 11.30 instead of 11 .. this hotel where I’ve stayed many times would charge me extra ?? Ok! Great hospitality right?!!
