Stayed at this hotel for just one night and would definitely stay it again for short or long trips. Hotel is super clean, front desk is very polite, location is great, price was good as well. I stayed at a tiny room with a double bed and it was perfect fine for a single traveler. There is also breakfast in the lobby and Thursday they have happy hour on the rooftop. Loved the hotel and definitely would recommend to anyone.

Nice place

We got the 2 queen room on the main floor. We loved the skylight, motorized window shades, and super comfy bedding. The bathroom was spacious with soft towels and hot water. We also enjoyed the rooftop patio--the two igloo seating areas and lighting were great! The door was thin so the provided earplugs were needed.

If you plan to sleep or work from your room, I cannot recommend this hotel. The street-facing noise level was unconscionably loud. I checked the windows multiple times thinking they *must* be open, for the level of noise and draft. Seemingly zero soundproofing. After one maddeningly sleepless night and no alternate rooms, I made a duvet and pillow fort in the storage area under the bed. If you end up here, you can buy silicone earplugs at CVS, enough to muffle the sound. I also got some CBD/THC gummies, and was able to sleep the next night. One thing I would suggest for the room would be a hot water source, a kettle or Keurig. Also an extra blanket if you have to sleep with your head in the storage area. People were nice, place was clean, interior design was nice, bed was comfy, but none of that felt relevant as the sirens were blaring. Maybe get a back room?

Cute overall. Nothing exceptional, just a cozy stay. Quarters were quite small, but worked for an overnight. Way too loud from the streets below, but that NYC for ya. They did provide ear plugs which was a nice plus.

Great midtown stay for a solo traveler.

Visiting in February (the "off season" for travel/tourism) I paid only $125 per night at Little Charlie. The accommodations were perfect. The room was modern; the twin bed was incredibly comfortable; and the shower was hot. Noise level was fine, though I brought my own earplugs. The hotel was pretty high tech. Before arrival, expect an email with an invite to download an app and start the check-in process. Note that the front desk is NOT staffed overnight, and the front door locks for security -- so if you plan to arrive after 8-9 PM, you'll need to use the smartphone app to pre-check in and obtain the access code required to open the front door. The app can also be used as your room key, or you can get a standard key card. In your room, the curtains are operated by a remote, as is the AC/heater. There's a mini fridge, with free Fiji water, which is a nice touch. Included breakfast of croissants, muffins, pastries, coffee, and orange juice or lemonade was a good way to start the day! The hotel is located a convenient 9-minute walk from Grand Central, which can get can get you just about anywhere in the city via subway. If you're like me and plan to attend Broadway shows every evening, the major theaters are only an 18-30 minute walk away, depending on which one you're going to. Anxious/uninitiated NYC tourists could find the long walk back in the dark intimidating, after daytime crowds are gone, but keep your wits about you, and you'll be fine. I recommend this stay!

Overall it is a good and clean place. Located in walking distance to restrautants and basic stores and pharmacy The Manager is helpful. There is free breakfast, but the menu can be improved. It is decent priced with basic amenities

Be Sure to Consider this Gem

Well appointed and in good taste. Helpful staff. Walkable to Times Sq., theatre district, Grand Central with crosstown and downtown bus stops nearby. TP is a bit thin—wear gloves. All in all, very good. Would return and have already recommended it to others.
