Room was small but had many smart accommodations for storage. Shower was tiny and had VERY low water pressure. A disappointment that I fear would be a problem for anyone with long hair.

Very nice boutique hotel with the potential to be amazing. They need to put more effort into the check-in experience, from training the staff to greet, welcome and provide service “with a smile” to the appearance. The staff was certainly capable but disinterested and just there because it is their shift and their rent is due, type of energy.

Our stay was excellent! The room is really clean. It was the perfect place for my husband and I. It is located very close to times square. I would most definitely stay here again if we plan another trip to NY! You have to check out the cute Amish market right next to it!

Well located hotel, near Grand Central. Micro room with no floor space around 3 sides of the bed — so a bit difficult to get out of the bed. Clean. Friendly staff.

This hotel is a hidden gem and will be my go-to NY accommodation from now on. The hospitality was gracious, consistent and accommodating from the moment I entered the door to my departure. The room was clean, cozy, well-stocked and quiet (i.e. my room door was less than 3 ft from the elevator door and I never heard it or any of my floor neighbors!). Located next to a very nice marketplace that sells great paninis and coffee. 10/10 experience.
