Nice hotel but could approve on customer service. Tried to give me a room that I didn’t pay for. Basically tried to down grade me. But after a little talking they finally gave me the room I paid for. Also last night I stayed was very cold heat stop working.

Overall great experience. Hotel lobby is beautiful and their Valentine’s Day decor stands out love how quick the check-in process was and thorough. little confusing when you first enter the small lobby, but there are signs to guide you into the main lobby. Rooms were nice pretty good size for Brooklyn queen beds are pretty comfortable and I didn’t mind my great city view balcony room, even though I didn’t get to enjoy it much with the cold weather. It was nice to have as an added perk, coffee and tea was free and so were water bottles. Overall, I’d say 9.5 out of 10 experience. You have to request a room service at the front desk, which is different but I guess it’s better for the customer as a guarantees. No one can go in your room without you asking or requesting Use the gym. It’s really nice. We’ll definitely stay here again when I visit from Amsterdam!

Rooms, guy at the front desk, amenities are all A+. I’m telling you, this is my best stay in NYC. I would highly recommend. My only concern was that, they manager sent a welcome email but didn’t notify that there would be $100 safety fee for in case of damages to the rooms, neither was it in on this site when I was booking it. So for future reference, it would be great to make it known here on Expedia that there’ll be such fees/payments.
