Overall, this location was good. The room was clean and spacious, but there was a club/bar on the main floor, and you could hear the thumping of the bass throughout the night, even though the room was on the 9th floor. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend this location.

Great location. Easy access to midtown. Roof top bar views were incredible. Room was clean. Only feedback for improvement was overly minimalist aesthetic. Lack of artwork and drapes gave it a cold feel.

In the room I was staying at the blanket would make me itch and one morning I woke up with a bug bite. Second, the bathroom was not that bad except the body gel and shampoo weren’t coming out. The best thing was the kitchen because you could cook and it was spacious plus it was really neat! I would recommend Sonder Apartment!

Convenient for subway but in need of TLC.

Decor looking a little tired - we stayed at Staryed at Sonder Court Square for 6 weeks and no fresh paintwork appears to have been applied. We visit at least once a year - have used 3 other hotels in the area. Will probably return to a competitor a few blocks away from Sonder.

Sleeping in the SKYBAR! Lack of staff was odd, but all the noise from the Skybar at night was frustrating! You are not given any warning about this. And only told your unit # until just before checking in. Impossible to avoid. I wish I’d known, I would have booked else where.

Comfy bed but everything else was poor

Probably the worst hotel we’ve stayed in for years. Unfortunately, the listing pictures of our “suite” didn’t mirror reality. The building has been built very poorly with exposed concrete and very limited sound insulation. It was really noisy 24/7, cars, trains, roadworks outside and drilling in the building. Negatives: pillows, lack of safe, lack of storage for clothes, no USB sockets, no armchair, very limited bathroom storage despite not being a small bathroom, no hooks to hang anything (clothes or towels), bathroom ventilation didn’t work so has to B leave the door open to see in the mirror, fewer teaspoons than any other cutlery, the full-length mirror was behind the door in the bathroom instead of in the room, and dirty windows. As soon as we arrived, I asked for a high room (we were on fourth floor) but was told I had to contact Expedia, although I had booked via hotels.com - all in all, à really depressing experience.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were excellent and very communicative, but the hotel itself was not well kept. The room was not vacuumed when we entered, but they did do a complementary room service when we shared this feedback. There was a rooftop bar and the train station from our room - 906 which was very noisy when windows were open. No centralized AC, for a sonder we were a bit disappointed.

Great location & bed comfy-beware of staff however

Staff is rude here, there was a Latina woman who was incredibly nasty and didn’t identify herself as a Sonder employee. I texted on Sonder app but wasn’t given any perk or explanation. The room was spacious and clean. It’s a quiet area. Near Trader Joe’s and lots of subway stops and trains. However customer service at this location must improve. I will avoid booking a room here again for that reason.

There was a group of 50-100 kids throwing a party at the hotel. I did not sleep at ALL, it sucks because the property is perfect! I hope they tighten up their policy
