After one night at this property, I received an email (as did many) that Sonder was no longer able to honor reservations and we had to vacate by 9am the following day, with zero solutions offered for rebooking or refunds or anything.
Hotels.com customer service went to great lengths to help me and in the end the best solution was a refund. The refund processed quickly and I was able to rebook my stay at a far more reputable hotel.
Knowing the hotel business- asking us to pack up and be gone by 9am, and nearly all hotels require check-in closer to 3pm meant we would have to wander with luggage for hours. An employee was banging down our door at 9:30am with a “bouncer” to get us out. It was awful, and I believe this terrible company is now defunct. Good riddance!
