Everything was great with the exception of closet and drawer space or a place to put your suitcase. The blackout curtains did an exceptional job keeping out the light. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Great staff, very good breakfast in the mornings, so helpful with navigating pickups to get to airport for larger groups, rooms were clean and nice! Only thing they don’t clean your room everyday so we had to call but very quick to respond and bring towels when needed or anything.

I experienced HVAC issues in 2 rooms. The first room was freezing and the system did not work. We were moved to another room. The 2nd room was hot and the system was not working. Although the systems were on, nothing was coming through the vents. The fans were not working. The staff addressed the first issue by moving us to another room. By the time we got back to the room and noticed the overheated room (2nd room) it was too late to try to move and we were leaving the next day. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. I understand now why the price was much lower than the other hotels in the area.

Great property, breakfast included but WiFi was very expensive if you were using it for anything other than messaging. In a day and age where internet connection is seen as a basic commodity, it seems daft that you’d charge $9 a night to make full use of the WiFi!

Great staff! Great breakfast! Shower was missing the sliding door, but not a huge deal. Bathroom was pretty small and difficult for two people to be in at the same time. Overall, it was a good stay and close to Times Square.
