Overall, the stay was comfortable and the property met most of our expectations. However, I do want to note that the bathroom was missing a couple of basic amenities. There were no washcloths provided and no bath soap available for guests. These are small items, but they are typically expected in a rental and would have made the stay a bit more convenient. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

It was a frustrating experience to say the least. I was on a work trip with coworkers and was shocked when I received photos from my coworkers upon check in showing the apartment in complete disarray. Beds not made, pillowcases, sheets soiled. Trash, dishes and prior guests clothing everywhere. Side note: we were offered an early check in at an additional cost.Mistakes happen, the response is the real disappointment. I immediately sent photos of the items mentioned above to the host and got no apology. Just got a reply stating the cleaners have been notified. It was a timely response but included no inclination that a huge mistake had been made. I feel the host treated the situation as if it were no big deal. Ultimately, the cleaners arrived and the room was livable approximately 3.5 hours after I was told it was ready. Still no apology, no attempt to make up for the major inconvenience
