Love this hotel. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located within walking distance of Broadway. What stands out are the staff - Paulisha and Anthony at the front desk are particularly gracious; Ben in the breakfast restaurant is the greatest. I stay there enough that all the staff recognizes me which is so special. Customer service and customer experience get high marks!
