Our room at The Muse was spacious, updated, quiet, clean and comfortable. Every person we interacted with on the staff was very friendly, professional, helpful and they cared about their guests. Location was close to theaters, MOMA, Times Square and restaurants. Will definitely be staying here on all of our future trips to NYC.

Nice art deco vibe. Liked comfortable beds and large bathroom with double sinks. Didn't like strange layout with bed right next to door with no nightstand. It was also loud due to location right off Times Square. (Had a front corner room). Overall it was a good value.

Can’t beat the location

Great location, clean room, nice service. You’re super close to all the theaters and time square, etc. my only minor (very minor complaints) would be shower was a bit either boiling lava or arctic cold. And it would be nice to get complimentary water and coffee - but def not a huge deal! Overall, great room and location is tough to beat.

Stay here, you won't regret it

The location was perfect.....not right in the crazy of Times Square, but close enough to venture in and get a little taste when you want it. Close to subway stations. Easy to walk almost everywhere. We went to a Broadway show on Friday night and it was walking distance. The hotel is clean, the bed is comfortable. My only critique would be the pillows are really flat.....comfortable, but flat.
