We were very happy with our room. Even though it was small it had everything we need at half the price. Staff was nice and helpful. No issues.

Initially walked right by the hotel the location is not very well displayed or demarcated. The room was clean and nice and staff was very good. The water wasn’t always hot though. It was just warm enough to not be cold during the day except in the morning when it was scalding.

The room was small and cozy perfect for a visit to times square. I love that it had a heater and everything was working great. Everything was walking distance and was very convenient because we had no need for taxi’s to get to the Central Park, Times Square, The Edge View, and other popular tourist attractions. The only bad review about this hotel was that the receptionists were very unwelcoming and did not make eye contact with us. Out of the 3 different receptionists that we saw during our stay they where all the same.
