For that reason, if your suite/room has a “do not disturb” sign hung for more than forty eight (48) hours, we reserve the right to enter the suite/room to ensure proper health and safety standards are being maintained.

This property is not a hotel. It is a timeshare and/condominium property. It is governed by certain documents which are recorded in the public records, and are binding on all owners and occupants (including recorded use restrictions and rules & regulations). SMOKING: This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking or vaping (of cigarettes, marijuana and other substances) is not permitted.
