The staff was nice and the bar/restaurant was very good but the hotel was run down. The couch in the room was so filthy I wouldn't even put my luggage on it. While in our room before going to a banquet, the ceiling started leaking water ALOT. We were on the 2nd floor. Apparently their maintenance crew were drilling holes in the wall on the 4th floor and hit a pipe. It was ALOT of water. They moved us to another room. I could see the staff was trying hard, but the facilities were run down and filthy. The exterior looked freshly painted which have us a good impression.

There was a very high pitch sound coming from walls when water in other rooms were on. All night. I complained and they were going to send maintenance but never came. The bed was metal frame. It squeaked every move I made.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I’m just as impressed as the first! The cleanliness is outstanding – everything from the lobby to the bathroom was spotless and fresh. The housekeeping staff clearly take pride in their work. What really makes this place stand out is the price. For such a low rate, you get a comfortable, clean room and friendly service that easily beats more expensive hotels. It’s a perfect choice for budget travelers who still want quality and comfort.
