I had to fix the shower curtain properly because the shower rod was loose, it just wasn't working the shower head had to be fixed I fixed that as well I had to screw and twist parts of the shower head to fix it. Lastly, the staff talks way too loud in the morning time before I check out

I booked 4 nights 5 days no one came to clean our room until day 3. I heard the lady outside cleaning and I went out there and told her I need service.She told me that my room not going to clean until 4pm that day.3:15 pm I heard a knocking on the door it was her came to clean the room she just changed the sheets wash out the bathroom tub and that was it.

They did not clean my room when I asked them to service the room never while I was there. I asked for sheets to be changed. They brought me the sheet for me to change it Myself didn’t take the garbage out. I had to do it myself. it was awful and terrible and I wish I never spent my money in that hotel.

I was skepticle after reading reveivews on this place but since you cant beleive everything you resd on the internet i thought id give it a try... its a $100/night hotel and thats exactly what it was the bed was clesn and comfortable but there was nothing special about it... the plumbing sucked ahlwer head was straight out of the 60s and the toilet barley flushed bit it got us throught the 2 nights... best thing was the all you can eat tacos at the resturant. $21 i ate 10 chealer than taco bell and WAYYYYY better. Oh and please add some lighting and clean up the gym since its the only things to do there.

Overall, the trip was worth what we paid roughly $100 a night. For me the room needed to be wiped down, especially the floor. It was a hardwood floor and I used a wet wash rag to wipe it down. The rag was really black with dirt after I was done. The towels were not real white, slightly old. There is a very nice restaurant and bar at the hotel. Coffee in lobby but only regular sugar and powered milk. Was only worth $100.
