There was a specific lady at the front desk who clearly had no desire to do her job. Every time I want downstairs to buy water or snacks she wouldn’t speak. Never even said hi, she just looked up and rang up my food. One time I asked if there’s was plastic silverware and she didn’t even respond, she just pointed in the direction without saying a word. The last “interaction “ I had with her was me getting more water and before she would ring me up she had to finish her casual conversation with the other employee. She’s the reason I’m not giving our stay 5 stars.

The room was large and set up well for working online, and there were several convenient lunch options (pre-made salad and soups) to buy downstairs when I didn't have time to go out. There was also a mini fridge and microwave in the room, which was very helpful. It was also near the Prudential Center and straight forward to get there.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Mattress was very hard, and also lumpy. Furniture was scratched and the room just looked like it needed an update. Also didn't care for having a bath tub instead of a shower. This is very close to the airport and was therefore very noisy.

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It’s outdated , toilet stopped up, beds were from the 80s uncomfortable and room was so old. Needs major updates . Hot tub and pool closes at 9 pm bad experience . Don’t walk run from this property it’s a dump

The thermostat was behind the tv which made it difficult to get to. The bathroom could use an upgrade. The food could definitely use a makeover. The pool didn’t look clean. The hotel could benefit from onsite dining. The only convenient thing was that it was close to the airport which is something that wasn’t essential for me.

The hotel is okay for short overnight trips., not for vacationing. The rooms are not sound proof and heard from the neighoring rooms,parking is very limited. At times could not find parking. The place was so crowded and noisy at breakfast, unable to enjoy it. The staff was friendly though.

Our flight out of Newark was canceled. We found this place near the airport to stay. Close to the airport, nice room and reasonably priced. Only complaint was the free shuttle from the airport. We waited almost 90 minutes for it to arrive. We finally gave up and took a $42 taxi ride the 2 miles to the hotel. Morning shuttle was fine.

I had a terrible experience staying here. The temperature was extremely hot and the staff had a bad attitude about it. They let me switch rooms and even that room was hot and it was 90 degrees outside. The showers were not clean and the towels had brown stains on it. Do not recommend. They NEVER answer the phone, even Expedia tried calling them and it has been 2 weeks and they still had no luck with contacting the office or front desk.
