Staff was beyond PHENOMENAL…..!! Every single staff person we encountered or met at the hotel was amazing….!! We stayed in a junior suite and unfortunately booked during Jazz Fest, so our room was too noisy to watch TV…….let alone try to sleep. The room was clean and lovely, but for the price the junior suite did not seem worth it - no perks or sitting area and didn’t even have slippers or body lotion….pretty sparse and minimal . Again, the staff were AMAZING, but mildly surprised that there was no offer by management of some sort of perk, such as a free drink, since it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep until well after midnight due to the jazz/rock concert going on in our room….. Nice hotel, very light on detail.

Hotel was fine but when I went up to the 6th floor for a cocktail they said they have no table when there was many open tables outside. I’m staying in a suite for 12 hours before I fly out and the only amenitie was the 6th floor and I was turned away. Not good !

This hotel is good but majorly overpriced. For €500 a night you would expect a decent buffet and not the small offering that they have. Customers must pay a €200 deposit on arrival which shoes they don’t trust their guests. Extra €25 to just use the sauna is outrageous considering the room rate. Hotel has no pool which is very disappointing. Service of the restaurant on the top floor was chaotic at breakfast. Poor English was spoken and orders were incorrect. Felt disorganised and the staff were not well trained.

From the moment I arrived, the attentive staff at Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel made my stay truly exceptional. The bellman’s genuine concern that my Uber didn’t drop me directly in front of the hotel showed a level of hospitality that instantly set the tone for an incredible experience. Check-in was private, seamless, and refreshingly welcoming, complete with a delightful drink and cookies —a thoughtful touch that immediately made me feel at ease. The room itself was a masterpiece of comfort and elegance immaculately clean, well-arranged, and designed to enhance relaxation. Housekeeping maintained impeccable standards, ensuring a consistently polished and serene environment throughout my stay. One of the most breathtaking features was the balcony overlooking the sea—an absolute dream! Waking up to the stunning views and the calming presence of the Mediterranean was an unforgettable highlight! Lunch at the rooftop restaurant, was amazing with excellent food and beautiful scenery! The hotel’s atmosphere was peacefully quiet allowing for a truly restful retreat, yet it sat in the heart of an unbeatable location. Just steps away from high-end shopping, vibrant bars, incredible restaurants, and the beach! It offered the perfect balance of luxury and accessibility. Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel seamlessly combines thoughtful hospitality, elegant accommodations and an ideal location. I cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to my next stay!

Lovely - a few glitches needs work

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We have stayed at Anantara hotels before and we would gladly come back. However - there were a few issues that need work: our rom wasn't ready at check in time (it happens) and they gave us complimentary coupon for cocktails at rooftop. For 30 min we tried to get decide and could not. There were only a small handful of people up there. Eventually our room became ready and we left. Similarly upstairs , we had the buffet an and ordered a Colette and another dish and after 45 miner left. The brunch was wonderful - the next day all went as planned. One more glitch... we had massage treatments - when we went to relaxation area after it was quite messy... towels all over a half eaten apples etc. the locker room was a bit disheveled as well. Note: arriving at the hotel by car is tricky .... it's hard to see the entrance - it's very narrow smoked glass window with a sign faintly printed - and all the valet cars are blocking it - we had to circle around again to find it.
