## Emplacement
Olive trees, palm trees and cypresses form the landscape of Cagnes-sur-Mer, a tourist town in the Alpes-Maritimes. Situated on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, not far from Saint-Laurent-du-Var, the town stretches along a beach nearly four kilometers long and is surrounded by beautiful hills. This former fishing village became a popular and dynamic seaside resort in the early 1970s, thanks in particular to its Cros-de-Cagnes beach.
