Experience the ultimate in comfort within our expansive 70m2, (larger than most two bedroom apartments as it was converted from two bedroom apartment to a very large one bedroom) fully renovated charming apartment situated at the core of the vibrant, historic old town. Enjoy the ideal combination of convenience, with cafes, shops, and restaurants right at your doorstep . You're only two minute walk from the lively and picturesque waterfront harbor , its beautiful beach, and the train station.


The space
In a historic building, on the 3rd floor (sadly no elevator), you'll be pleasantly surprised by our spacious and bright apartment with tall ceilings. Originally a 2-bedroom, it's now a recently renovated 1-bedroom unit with a modern kitchen, new windows, and central air conditioning. The large bedroom features a double bed and a unique open-concept bathroom with a Victorian bath for a relaxing soak after your day. The open kitchen/living room combines old-world charm with modern convenience, including two sofa beds.
