The apartment is located in one of Nice's most sought-after neighbourhoods, just 200 metres from the sea and in the immediate vicinity of Place Masséna, Cours Saleya and the "Cathédrale – Vieille Ville" tram stop. Whether you are looking for relaxation on the beach, historical walks or gastronomic discoveries, everything is accessible within a few minutes on foot.



LIVING ROOM

The living room, bright and comfortable, is equipped with a relaxation area with a sofa and television, perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the city. Air conditioning ensures optimal comfort even in summer, and a Wi-Fi connection is also available.



KITCHEN

The independent, modern and well-designed kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment to prepare your meals as if at home: induction hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, as well as all the necessary crockery and utensils. A coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle complete this functional space.



BEDROOMS

The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, storage spaces and a carefully designed layout. Air conditioning is available in one of the bedrooms to ensure peaceful sleep, even during the peak of summer.



BATHROOM



The bathroom is functional and equipped with a shower, a vanity unit with storage, a hairdryer and a washing machine for added convenience. The toilets are separate for more comfort.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival



I chose to arrive by air



Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:



The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.

A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



I chose to arrive by train



The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.



I chose to arrive by car



There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:



• On time

• Per 24-hour day

• Per week

• Per month



It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
