Old Town Nice

First off, I love Old Town Nice! Its my 4th visit there.The flat is in the middle of old town with shops, restaurants ,the beach all in walking distance, transportation and entertainment. The flat is clean and comfortable for the most part. The front bedroom can be noisy at night especially on the weekends.Its listed as 1st floor ,but its actually the second floor as you walk up 2 flights to get to the flat. I recommend . a small suitcase as there is no lift. I was travelling for a month so I had 2 suitcases ,that was a bit challenging. Also if you come in a large car you will be dropped off at top of street near the Tram line as most cars could have dropped us a little closer. The instructions to get to the flat could have been more simple, but we walked in a circle and past the flat as the stores on the street have their wares partially covering the doorway and the driver was not able to walk us to the door as stated. The flat is not equipped with any sundries, so you will need to get coffee, tea, including toilet paper(you get one or two small rolls per bathroom) etc. It is however a lovely flat and I would recommend it and I would possibly stay there again. The concierge service nestor-jeeves was very helpful in answering many questions and giving advice and directions. The host Claude was very helpful as well during the booking process. 4.5 stars out of 5

Wonderful visit

Very nice location to all the area has to offer. Easy access to tram, promenade, restaurants. Right at the beautiful cathedral. Comfortable, well equipped unit. Only one flight of stairs. Very comfortable beds. Quieter than expected for the location. A few minor issues… but we did not reach out to management… one of the closest doors was off track, a a slight odor at the beginning of our stay… perhaps from the drains not being used. We’d definitely recommend this property. Love Nice

Because of a Night Club and an Irish Pun wirh opening times till 5 am it's a very load street. It was furnished nicely and positive are also the wide range of restaurants nearby.

Location is perfect! Restaurants, markets, etc are all close by

This was a stay with my hubby, adult son, and girlfriend. Location is perfect! The house feels comfy and well maintained. This was our first stop on our southern France trip. All the appliances we used worked well. Note, we didn't cook since we ate out all the time. Close enough to beach, minutes from a museum, etc. Check in instructions were great. The only downside is that you need to pick up the keys at a different location. Their app made it easy and provide all the info in operating tv, washer, internet, etc... Paid parking available at Palaus de Justice, which is a very short walk. You can leave your car overnight there. For those driving bigger cars and are from the US, parking in those very tight spaces could be a challenge. I definitely would stay here again! Merci!

Nel cuore della città vecchia, posizione ottima per tutti gli spostamenti. L'appartamento è piu piccolo di quello che appare dalle foto, i letti sono alla francese e nel bagno piu piccolo è difficile muoversi. Arredato con gusto e super accesoriato. I doppi vetri sono stati.essenziali per dormire, le vie nei dintorni.sono brulicanti fino a tarda notte. L'unica vera scomodità è il meccanismo di ritiro/consegna delle chiavi in un'altra zona della città.

Great stay in Nice

The property overall is great. Great location, close to shops and restaurants just outside the main door to the building. But be careful exiting the building, watch for occasional cars and motorcycles. Pros: -Clean -Modern -Great location Cons: - In bedroom closest to the street, it’s not sound proof and can hear the pedestrian street traffic easily at night - Double beds are small - Would like to have instructions for washer

Beautiful Property!

This was the perfect apartment to share with my dear friend. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which was wonderful for privacy. The location was close to many restaurants and shops which made exploring easy and fun.

Great home base to explore Barcelona

The apartment was in a great location. Close to supermarket and all amenities. Ask for a run down on all appliances and hot water. We did not have hot water In one shower but it was a simple fix once we were able to ge tin touch with the host.
