LAGOON PROMENADE is an exceptional apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. He has a dream location on the Promenade des Anglais at the city center level. It offers a magical view of the sea.



The apartment has a contemporary décor. It consists of a fully open architecture that unites all spaces, giving a harmonious ensemble. The apartment is dressed in different shades of blue and green reminiscent of the gradient of the Mediterranean Sea.

The elements of decoration are borrowed from a variety of styles and eras: the graphic patterns of the carpets and cushions mingle with vintage decorative objects such as the clock and leather suitcases.



You will be seduced by the two beautiful bedrooms configured as hotel suites with their private bathrooms.

The two QUEEN SIZE beds with their soft mattresses of quality, thick of 22cm will be good companions for nights full of dreams.

Thanks to the smart TV of the stay you will be able to access your account Netflix.



The apartment benefits from free fiber optic WiFi and is fully air conditioned.





LAGOON PROMENADE has an ideal location on the Promenade des Anglais, in the city center.

All the must-see places in the city are within a 10-minute walk of the apartment:

- The pedestrian zone and its restaurants

- Jean Médecin shopping avenue

- The "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city)

- Old Nice and its local specialties (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery ...)





A few meters from the apartment, you will find bus stations and Blue Bikes stations, allowing you to move easily throughout Nice.

It has two large lighted cabinets, a dresser and a safe.

It includes a QUEEN SIZE bed with a plush 22 cm high quality soft mattress, luggage rack and TV. The room is air conditioned.

BEDROOM 2 + BATHROOM 2:

It includes a QUEEN SIZE bed with a high-quality 22 cm thick soft mattress, a TV and a luggage rack. The room overlooks the balcony and is air conditioned.

Great Apartment, Great Location

This is the second season we have stayed at Lagoon Promenade, and we absolutely loved it. Spacious, well-laid out with a beautiful sea view. Close to all the services we needed, plus several good restaurants nearby. Great place to stay. Could use a few more cooking utensils in the kitchen.

Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious accommodation. Air-conditioning system has unusual control. It is perfect location, but guests should be ready for a condtant street noise (traffic and restaurants on the ground floor), particularly at night.

Everything was perfect!

Loved the location - enjoyed opening the windows and having morning coffee overlooking the sea. The apartment was sparkling clean upon our arrival, and had everything you could need on a trip. We really loved having access to a washer/dryer on our holiday. The internet speed was the best I’ve ever seen at a vacation rental home. A solid 200+/200 Mbps fiber connection allowed me to get some IT work done back home, and supported everyone’s Netflix/YouTubing. Very much appreciate having access to this type of connection. The hosts were also very accommodating with our checkin and checkout schedule. I highly recommend this apartment if you’re staying in Nice. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Beautiful view of the ocean.

The apartment was in a great location with amazing views of the sea. The apartment was very roomy with plenty enough room for our small group of four adults. The place is not worthy of more than a 2 star rating. The AC was not working and it was very hot. Called the management company and they did send someone out and we were able to get the apartment to cool. We got stuck in the elevator which is so tiny that its really not worth using. If you want to sleep well there, I suggest you bring a white noise machine because the noise from outside is ridiculously loud and it continues all through the night. The apartment was dirty. The rugs and seat cushions are very dirty and stained and should be replaced. There were roaches throughout the home! These were not cockroaches from outside but the smaller ones that get into your kitchen. I have photos. Disgusting! An exterminator should visit the apartment. I would probably not stay here again unless I was certain these issues have been corrected. I do not recommend this apartment.

Overall, great location. Near everything. The only negative I would say is that the apartment was on the first floor and was very noisy. It also lacked the balcony that the higher level apartments had. The only two negatives about the apartment itself were that1). the towels were a little bare and there weren’t enough for our five day stay for four adults. We had to request more towels at an additional cost of €7. And 2). Our ride from the apartment to the airport that we arranged and confirmed in advance with the concierge showed up a half hour late! This added a little stress to our departure day. Otherwise, the apartment is very nice with two nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, the living room was large with plenty of natural light, and the bathrooms were modern and well lit. A huge plus was that all the services and information about the apartment were contained in a nice app. Everything right down to how to operate all the appliances was there in a concise, illustrated format. Two thumbs up on the app

Lagoon Promenade far surpassed our expectations!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Lagoon Promenade: location, cleanliness, size of apt, value for the money, etc. But best of all was the incredible service we received from Nestor & Jeeves, especially from Alexandre, Tiffany and Lisa. They resolved any and all issues we had. Thank you for the courtesy and service. Keep doing what you are doing!
