TOUCAN DUPLEX TERRACE is a beautiful duplex apartment of 2 bedrooms on the top floor. Its location in hyper center 2 steps from Place Massena makes it exceptional. You will be in the heart of Nice city life. You will enjoy the beautiful flowered and sunny terrace to take your meals or read a magazine.



You will be seduced by the brightness of the apartment due to its southern exposure. You will also appreciate Its two beautiful bedrooms configured as hotel suites with their private bathrooms. Air conditioning is in the upstairs bedroom which is open on the mezzanine.



The apartment has an exotic decoration. You will find many natural materials and fibers such as wooden furniture and wool carpets. The apartment is filled with objects that the owners have brought back from their travels as well as pictures taken during their adventures at the end of the world.



The apartment is on the 5th floor and last floor. It is accessible by elevator. It has a free Wi-Fi connection by fiber optic.

TOUCAN DUPLEX TERRACE has an ideal location in the hyper center.



All the must-see places in the city are less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment:

- The Promenade des Anglais and its beaches

- The avenue of shopping: Jean Médecin

- The "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city)

- Old Nice and its local specialties (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery ...)



You will also be close to a tram stop that will allow you to visit the entire city easily.

American kitchen overlooking the living room, equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine .



ROOM 1 :

It suite includes a double bed with a high quality thick mattress and dresser.

It has its private bathroom.





ROOM 2:

Accessed by a staircase from the living room, the second bedroom is composed of a QUEEN size bed with a high quality thick mattress and a lighted dressing room. It has air conditioning and also has its own private bathroom.





BATHROOM 1:

It includes a walk-in shower, sink, heated towel rail and a hairdryer.





BATHROOM 2:

It includes a bath, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and a hairdryer.





WC ON THE LOWER FLOOR :

They are independent.







TERRACE

It has a dining table for 4 people and 2 garden chairs.



Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

Apartment was centrally location with many shops and restaurants nearby. Except for the 5 rainy days while we were there we enjoyed our trip.

Bel appartement et situation au top

Nous avons apprécié la situation exceptionnelle de cet appartement à proximité des magasins, du tram, de la vieille ville et de la Promenade des Anglais, ainsi que sa luminosité, sa terrasse et son calme. Nous avons également apprécié la réactivité et l'efficacité de la conciergerie alors que nous avons constaté un essaim d'abeilles posé sur une des jardinières à notre arrivée en plein we de Pâques. Un apiculteur a pu se déplacer le jour-même pour récupérer l'essaim. Une belle expérience au final !! Point d'amélioration : - actualiser l'état des lieux qui semble dater un peu (ex : il n'est pas signalé qu'une des porte-fenêtres ne ferme pas par le loquet normal, mais par un dispositif rajouté en bas) - avoir des draps à la bonne taille du lit pour la chambre du bas (draps pas très longs, ni suffisamment larges) et d'ailleurs pour une location de ce standing une couette d'été serait plus appropriée (plus hygiénique). C'est ce que font les hôtels maintenant. - prévoir une multiprise à côté du lit (chambre du bas) pour pouvoir charger son téléphone et avoir de la lumière en même temps :)

Un magnifique appartement

L’appartement est très agréable à vivre avec sa magnifique terrasse exposée au sud. La décoration est moderne et faite avec beaucoup de goût . Tout est parfait pour passer un excellent séjour. L’emplacement est privilégié à 2 pas de la place Masséna, de l’avenue Jean médecin et du vieux Nice. Je reviendrai dans cet appartement sans aucun doute . Véritable coup de cœur .

L'appartement est bien situé et très bien équipé. Nous sommes très satisfait du service de conciergerie. Airco parfait dans la chambre à coucher, mais beaucoup trop chaud dans les autres pièces.

Nous sommes restés 15 jours .Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la réactivité du service de conciergerie . Terrasse bien exposée très agréable . Appartement avec beaucoup de luminosité Les matelas sont à changer , même en les retournant ils restent inconfortables La vaisselle est ébréchée et insuffisante , par exemple il n’y a que 2 verres à eau Le fauteuil est déchiré , une lampe de chevet a été cassée et recollée . Le linge de maison est insuffisant. Une petite rénovation serait utile

City stay in the heart of the city, best location,

service by nestor jeeves is incredible! They take care in no time of your questions, they organized our drive from the airport and our luggage. The apartment is bright and has a lot to offer and a great terrace.

Empfehlenswert!

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung am place Massena. Leider keine kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung entsprach den Vorstellungen. Für große Personen sind die Betten etwas zu kurz. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Only one AC !! Not good !

Bedroom 2 ONLY has AC !! It is upstairs ! The rest of the apartment is Super HOT !! Owner needs to install a second AC unit in the main living area. Apartment is nice BUT too hot …. Sweated all the time !!

Beautiful apartment with a central location

The service Nestor and Jeeves offered was first class. The 24 hour conciergerie through the app was so helpful and made everything simple and hassle free. Exceptional service. I only wish Nestor and Jeeves operated in other parts of France - we would book with them every time!

Fresh accommodation in the centre of town

We had a lovely stay in this freshly decorated 5th floor apartment (there's a lift!). Great location next to the Massena and the Old Town. Despite location, it's a peaceful setting. A fully equipped and new kitchen was welcomed too. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle -free stay.
