Authentic townhouse with garden. At 2 steps from all amenities and 500 m from the city center, its market, its terraces and its old town.
Beautiful spaces, very luminous and decorated with taste. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 independent toilets. Supermarket at 120 m, bus station 300 m, at the foot of the Vence pass.
Possibility to park for free a small car (Fiat500, mini cooper) or to rent a box at 180 m (in addition).
Come and put down your suitcases and enjoy the good life in Vence!
Nice typical house of 150 m² on a closed ground of 450 m². On the ground floor of the house, you will find a TV lounge, a dining room (6 seats), a large kitchen with central island (4 seats), a bathroom (bathtub - washbasin), an independent toilet and a laundry room.
The kitchen opens onto a friendly and shaded outdoor space where you can have your meals (8 seats) and extend your evenings under the lights of this intimate terrace.
A magnificent staircase leads to the 4 bedrooms. All of them have 160cm beds, new bedding (April 2023), large windows and fans. The house stays cool in summer, just close the blinds.
One of the 4 bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom (sink and shower). A separate toilet is located on the landing.
Sheets are provided as well as towels and beach towels.
The house is ideally located to visit the region, stroll in Vence, discover the back country and its nature.
The access to the house is by a narrow private road, only a very small car can access it, in which case a free parking space is available during your stay. Otherwise, it is possible to rent a closed box at 180 m for 50€/week (please inform us when booking).
Work is currently in progress (construction) behind the house. The structural work is finished but there may be occasional noise from the construction site.
