This was the perfect place for what we needed, it was super clean, safe and close to everything. Chris the host of was super attentive answered right away if I had any questions. We even had to stay an extra night since there was a winter storm back home and he was so complimentary!!! The price can’t be beat. Would def stay here again!!!

The cotttage is in a quiet location. It’s well decorated and has all the cookware and dishes you need to prepare meals. Short drive from airport and to beaches. Chris was very responsive to a couple of things we encountered. We would stay there again.

As we arrived, the exterior was well-illuminated and the door had code access for an easy late evening entry. The interior was well-kept, pristine, stylish, and welcoming. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Helpful appliances included Smart TVs, Keurig, tower fans, and washer/dryer. It was centrally located in Niceville with easy access to VPS airport, Eglin AFB, all Niceville establishments, and a short drive from Destin beaches. We would happily stay here again.
