Es Duplex situado en un segundo piso (dispone de ascensor) . Cuenta con cocina, salón comedor , aseo y terracita en su planta baja y dos dormitorios y baño completo en planta alta.
Uno de los dormitorios tiene cama de matrimonio y el otro dos camas de 90. Se entrega con ropa de cama, toallas.
