Step into Old Florida with this direct beachfront cottage. You will wake up everyday looking at the aqua blue and emerald green sparkling water of the Gulf of Mexico. This crystal clear body of water is great for year round swimming. The sand will powder your feet and provide you with the upmost relaxation. This gorgeous cottage is very roomy with a separate bedroom, living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and patio wraparound deck. Come stay in paradise!

The house was right on the beach, it was really spectacular to have a beautiful beach steps from the back porch for a few days. We loved finding shark teeth and shells, as well as visiting the local attractions (The Deep Lagoon has the best seafood, Nokomis Beach Bait & Tackle - Scott will get you everything you need for coast fishing, and The Miss Venice for the best deep sea fishing guides we’ve ever met). The house was great, provided all the essentials needed for our stay. Andrew was very quick to respond and super helpful! We hope to come back soon!

Perfect Stay

Perfect location, right on the water. Very comfortable cottage right on the beach, near restaurants, close to shopping. The bed is very comfortable, nice kitchen and the bathroom shower is amazing. Very nice patio with an amazing view. Will stay here again.

Amazing stay

This totally was the highlight of my florida stay and my birthday! The owner was very friendly the house is super cute clean full of all kitchenette stuff. Very private and direct access to the beach. Will definitely come again every time we come to Florida.

The best

I dont think it coukd have been any better. The location was spectacular and the house is as listed...but the photos make it seem like there is alot of greenery between the house and the beach and thats not true anymore. We could step off the patio onto the sand or take the much appreciated boardwalk. We loved staying here!

Great Location

Stay right on the beach. Drag your beach chair right down to the shore. Walk out the back door right into the sand. Watch the sunset from your patio. Unit was clean and tidy. Remodeled. It was in good condition. Beach equipment was sparse and the chairs and mats need to be replaced. Owner did not respond to our concerns about this until after we checked out 4 days later. That was a little disappointing. Even with the junk beach furniture I would go back again.

Great location, very messy outside trash and litter everywhere, around the side of the house looks like a junk yard, not very well kept. House also needs serious maintenance. A few hours of TLC outside could make a difference, clearly whomever owns this place does not care. No attention is being given to cleanliness and small details.

We love this area!

We have known and loved this part of Florida, visiting in the Winter time for 35-plus years. We feel this is the best way for us to get away from northern snows and relax in an true Old Florida atmosphere. No glitz or glamour, just a gorgeous sunny beach, wildlife, starry skies at night, great seafood in numerous local restaurants, and many conveniences nearby. This was a perfect cottage for the two of us to relax in, and the proximity to the beach is what makes it worth every penny. We hope to return! Thank you!
