Calusa Park, located in Nokomis, offers single family homes with family friendly amenities - cabana and pool. Calusa Park is an ideal location only minutes to Nokomis beach. Neighboring activities include boating, shopping, restaurants, shelling, fishing, golfing, kayaking, jet skiing and beaches. The Legacy trail is just behind the Calusa Park fence and a short bike ride takes you to Oscar Scherer State Park. Available for seasonal or up to 9 months. Owner has a car in the garage, only one half of the garage will be available for your use. We have beach chairs, pool accessories, two bikes and grill for your convenience. Large lanai with a lake view.
