This place is on Bayshore Rd, 0.4 miles from the lovely Nokomis beach on Casey Key. One minute by a car or about eight minutes by walking. There are restaurants, fast food places, banks, grocery shops in a five minutes driving radius. Kayak, bike and motorboat rentals are also close by. An entrance to Legacy Trail, an 18 miles long biking and walking trail is five a minutes drive as well. Completely remodeled and contemporary furnished. There are only three condos on the property and this one is the most private. Surrendered by a nice and calm neighborhood. Enjoy your coffee from the veranda under the palm trees. Large screen tv with lot of channels and Netflix. Wi-fi. On site parking.

Rental was as described. Private, quiet unit. Well stocked kitchen. A few snacks and water bottles provided. They had many beach items for our use: chairs, beach mats, umbrella, cooler, wagon etc. Beach was an easy walk. Comfortable beds, nice walk-in shower. Will definitely stay here again!

This was a great little apartment. 1/2 mile to the beach. We could have walked it in 10 minutes. Two bedrooms, one bath. Convenient laundry facilities with soap and dryer sheets. Beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler and towels provided. We had a small glitch with the WiFi but it was remedied with a quick text to the landlord. Everything in the kitchen was provided included dish soap and towels. We ran out of paper towels after 6 days but had plenty of toilet paper. Thanks for the hospitality.

Home sweet home

A lovely clean and cozy beach house minutes from the beach and best local restaurants. I loved how quiet it was. The king size bed is so comfortable for a good nights sleep. Highly recommended!

Wonderful retirement trip!

The property was very nice, super clean, very comfortable, and love the close (walkable) proximity to beautiful Nokomis Beach!Property owner was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. Bathroom, laundry, and kitchen all stocked very well. There were also several beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon available.Overall, a wonderful stay!

Recent Casey Key Vacation

Easy to find VBRO! Interior very clean! For us 68 year olds, walking to the beach was not an option, no sidewalks on a busy road, difficult to carry beach gear - wished the unit had a beach wagon. Great shower, but only 1/2 of the shower head works. Very nice little kitchen, although no bakeware & coffee pot top fell off every time I poured a cup of coffee. The 'carport was full of misquotes all day. And the only other issues were the low to the floor bed in the 2nd bedroom which had a very noisy air-conditioning unit. But, my sister & I really enjoyed the 2 minute drive to the beach where there was ample free parking, great walkways to the beach and wonderful after beach-day showers. The Arbo had OK beach chairs to use & a great umbrella - Thank you!

Cute and convenient

This was perfect for our weekend visit. It was close to Nokomis Beach, close to Tamiami Trail. and close to grocery and restaurants. The interior was clean and cool and had everything we needed. It was truly a five star stay!
