Die Größe der Wohnung und Aufteilung ist gut, jedoch Inventar sehr zusammen gewürfelt. Der Esstisch aus Holz klebte auch nach mehrmaligen abwischen do dass man ohne Tischdecke daran nicht sitzen konnte. Papierservietten klebten am Tisch. Der Garten sehr verwildert und viel Unkraut. Rasen wurde nach 4 Tagen gemäht. Gartenstühle zum Teil defekt, sehr verschmutzt, keine Auflagen. Wir hatten mit dem Wetter Pech, dass man von daher nicht hätte draußen sitzen können, aber bei schmnem Wetter, wäre es sehr ärgerlich gewesen. Das Silikon an der Dusche sollte auch mal erneuert werden. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist für größere Autos nicht passierbar.

Gut, wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und die Lage der Wohnung ist super (ruhig und zentral). Das Parken im Innenhof (Ankerweg) ist herausfordernd, wenn alle Parkplätze belegt sind. Es gab ein paar kleine Mängel, die vorher aufgefallen sein müssten (Licht der Abzugshaube, Duschabfluss verstopft).

Ein bisschen Arbeit reinstecken und dann Top

Es wäre schön, wenn es sauberer gewesen wäre. Kaputte Dinge, wie Türklinken sollten zeitnah ersetzt werden, da man sich verletzen kann. Die Couch hat schon ihre Zeit hinter sich, da macht auch der extra Bezug drüber nichts schöner... ansonsten eine geräumige Wohnung mit Platz

Schöne, großzügig Wohnung.

Leider schon ein bisschen abgewohnt. Das Inventar war auch nicht mehr ganz vollständig. Die Check In Zeit (16:00 Uhr) war auch sehr spät. Die Lage an sich ist sehr zentral. Ansonsten ein schöner Urlaub.

Tolles Haus

Bisher unser schönstes Haus in Norddeich! Groß, geräumig, schöne, bequeme noch nicht abgewohnte Möbel ... macht alles fast schon einen neuwertigen Eindruck! Die Lage ist super ... man ist fix am Strand, zum Einkaufen empfiehlt sich ein Auto! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Fewo Spiekeroog

Die Fewo Spiekeroog gefiehl mir sehr gut. Die Einrichtung war sehr gut und es war sauber. Der einzige Nachteil ist der Parkplatz am Haus. Die Durchfahrt zum Parkplatz ist sehr eng.

Sofa abgenutzt, sonst schöne Wohnung, leider außerhalb Geschäftszeiten englische Betreuung

Kein warmes Wasser ab Sonntag Nachmittag, Reklamation erst Montag während der Geschäftszeiten (siehe oben) wurde Montags aber sofort repariert, Achtung Toilettenpapier mit bringen (es gibt eine Rolle) und falls man die Spülmaschine nutzen möchte,auch an Tabs denken. Es gibt in der Wohnung Nichts, ausser etwas Spülmittel und einem Küchenhandtuch!
