Close to everything, shopping in the same parking lot and the staff was friendly! I forgot to grab milk for my toddler and visited the lobby quite late. The gentleman grabbed me two cups of milk to hold us over until morning!

So we walked in to check in at 10:30pm. The staff on the front desk was doing something on the computer and another staff was also beside him. Not a single one of them acknowledge us and we continue to wait for 15 minutes standing in front of the staff, nothing as though he has never seen us. Then he left the front desk and still said nothing to us. Then a new staff walk into the front desk and she said that she just woke up and still feeling confused. She did not know what she was doing as tries checking us in. Eventually, she found a room for us and when we check it, it was so dirty and smell of mildew. I am a member of Choice club as a business traveller and this is the worst Choice Hotel I have ever stayed at. Dirty hotel and beyond poor customer/staff servuce.

Our room had a urine smell. Our sheets did not appear to be clean. Our feet were black from walking on the rooms floor. There is a booger on the shower curtain. Over all a very middle of the road motel. Basically Motel 6 at twice the price.

Handicap rooms were booked, but I was given first floor rooms next to a ramp. The shower was in a low tub and had support bars. Was pleased with arrangement. Enjoyed breakfast of waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and yogurt. The breakfast and accommodations are why I always stay ther.

Nice hotel, great breakfast, nice people. Had a discussion about the rate for having a small pet dog with. Travelocity quoted us $25 per night, and when we arrived could not check until we signed a pet waiver which was $39.00 for each of the first 2 nights and $25 a night after that. The manager finally after three attempts to check in that afternoon agreed to the quoted price of $25. We could have left the dog home at a dog resort and pet spa for $30 a night. $39 seems high per night. The aggravating part is there seems to be a communication problem between the posted sight and actual hotel.

Clean and quiet

Quiet and clean rooms. Spacious. Breakfast is decent with waffles and scrambled eggs. Needs some fresh fruits like mellons or berries. This hotel is not near a beach and does not have an ocean view. Dutch Bros and Taco Bell nearby.

Booked an assessable room, thru Expedia, but one was not available upon arrival and they refused to refund our money, had to go to Holiday Inn. Room they tried to give us had animal hair on the furniture and the room had a strong oder. Do not recommend staying here.

Was not allowed to early check in even though all rooms were available. Desk manager was rude. Room had a broken toilet and leaking refrigerator. The location was also in a horrible location with homeless people nearby.

Room was very spacious, lacking furniture. No handicap access due to being either blocked from construction/painting. No elevator, no pool. No towels, bedding for sofa sleeper. Toliet ran continously. Shampoo, body soap dispensers empty. Staff was friendly except for the woman who checked s in, she was curt, rude. Rest if staff (evening, next morning were wonderful).Breakfast was good.
